Honor our brave veterans and Lt. Michael Murphy with the iconic CrossFit Memorial Day “Murph” workout. Whether you’re a seasoned CrossFit enthusiast or a total beginner, this event is for you! We’ll scale the workout to fit everyone’s fitness level.
